Participants Guidelines:
Minimum age varies from venue to venue, but it is roughly suitable for all ages from 7 and up. The youngest children must have parental supervision.

Loose-fitting, but warm, clothing is advised. Warm gloves and thick socks are definitely needed, so wrap up!
