Discover the Cathedral and Royal Chapel of Granada and the district of Albaicín and Sacromonte, in a guided tour in a super reduced group, together with an official guide. With this visit you will access (in the morning) the Cathedral, Royal Chapel, Mausoleum of the Catholic Monarchs and will tour (in the afternoon) the old quarter of the Albaicín and Sacromonte with its wonderful views of the Alhambra.

4. Visit with an official guide to the Albaicín and Sacromonte district in the afternoon.
Duration
The duration of the visit is approximately 4 hours (2h Cathedral + 2h Albaicín and Sacromonte )
1. The visit to the Cathedral and Royal Chapel will begin at 10:00 h
2. The visit of the Albaicín and Sacromonte will begin at 17:00 h in winter (from 1 October to 31 May) and at 18:00 in summer (from 1 June to 30 September).

Groups
• The super small groups are about 10 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and it could be that they are bigger or smaller depending on the logistics or some circumstance that prevented us from doing so in an exceptional way. In no case will exceed 15 people + guide.
• The visit will be in a single language, the one selected when making the purchase and it will not be possible to modify this in any case.
• For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the schedule may vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If in any case this occurs, the customer may accept or cancel and be reimbursed the 100% of the amount, this contract being cancelled. If accepted, the initial conditions of contract will be accepted again.
Important notes


• It is essential to provide first name, surname and ID / Passport of the holder of the reservation when making it. You can also send your details to info@specialplans.es
• On the day of the visit you must carry the reservation document on your mobile. You do not need to print it
• Presentation at the meeting point 15 min. before the start of the tour.
• This tour is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as the layout and floor are not fully enabled
Cancellation policy


The cancellation conditions are, without exception, the following:
1. If the cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 3 days before the tour, the expenses will be € 5 per adult, derived from the management costs.
2. No refund if cancelled 3 days or less before the tour and until the start time of the visit
3. It is non-refundable to miss the visit or be late.
4. Cancellations or modifications may be made if the monument is closed.
There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.
To request total or partial cancellation under these cancellation policies you must send an email to cancelacionsp@gmail.com and will proceed to cancel and refund according to the date of receipt of said mail, as a reference date.
