Our guided tour to the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona usually begins with the group meeting together at the official Souvenir shop of the Sagrada Familia. Our guide will introduce himself and give a brief introduction to the history and architecture of the Sagrada Familia before entering the monument.
Once inside, the guide will lead the group through the different areas of the monument, explaining the history, symbolism, and architecture of each section. The group will pass through the different facades of the church, the central nave and the side chapels, where some of the most impressive elements of the monument are found, such as the huge stained glass windows, the inclined columns and the sculptures.
During the tour, the guide can also provide information about the life and work of Antoni Gaudí, the famous architect who designed the Sagrada Familia. He can also answer questions and provide interesting details about the monument and its history.
The duration of the guided tour can vary, but is usually approximately one and a half to two hours, depending on the size of the group and the questions that may arise during the tour. At the end of the tour, the guide will lead the group back to the exit and will be able to provide additional recommendations for exploring the area around the Sagrada Familia.

Important notes
You need to pass a security check. It is mandatory to show identification when entering the monument. Inside the Basilica can not go with covered head, shorts or bare shoulders. There is a special wheelchair access. Totally forbidden access to animals. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO HIRE MINORS IN A RESERVATION WITHOUT IT INCLUDING AN ADULT. If so, it will be canceled immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund or free rescheduling if the cancellation is made up to 10 days before the tour. There is no refund if canceled less than 10 days before the start of the visit. It is not refundable for not showing up for the visit or arriving latemeeting point
There are no exceptional situations that apply to the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.
To request total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies, you must send an email to i nfo@nhue.es indicating the name, surname and reservation number of the holder and clearly indicating that you want to cance l and proceed to cancel and refund in accordance with the date of receipt of said email, as a reference date.
VERY IMPORTANT: REQUEST FOR WAITING LIST INCLUSION
If you have made a reservation in an ON HOLD/ WAITING LIST situation, you must take into account the following conditions: As soon as we have availability, we will proceed to issue your tickets, without delay or consultation, since you consent to us taking care of obtaining said tickets for you. The system will not charge you as long as the visit is not confirmed. Once it can be definitively confirmed, the charge on your card will be automatic and irreversible. We will send you a new voucher indicating that the reservation is confirmed. From the moment of confirmation and charge to the card, the reservation is confirmed and under the cancellation conditions of any direct reservation, without a waiting list. If you want to get off the waiting list, you just have to write an email to i nfo@nhue.es and indicate that you want to get off your waiting list, indicating the order number, name and surname of the holder and that you want to cancel. If, within a reasonable time, Special Plans SL considers that it will not be possible to successfully complete the final reservation, we will send you a cancellation email and no charge will be made.
Keep in mind that this is a surveillance service, at no cost to you, with which you have no guarantee of success and that does not obligate Nhue Concierge SL to anything, until the moment of obtaining the tickets that allow you to confirm your reservation , since you are aware that we do not have the requested tickets at the time of making the request and therefore, at that moment we cannot guarantee anything.
