old Visigothic basilica of San Vicente that are still preserved. We will follow the guided tour to the old Mosque that was built by Emir Abderraman I and the following expansions until the Almanzor period.
After the conquest of the city by the Christian army the Mosque became Cathedral and occupied several warehouses due to the enlargement of the Caliph Al-Hakam II for liturgical celebrations.

Approximately 1.5 hours. Grupos Standard groups are approximately 30 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and may be larger or smaller depending on logistics or circumstances that prevent us from doing so exceptionally. In no case will there be more than 30 people plus guide. The tour will be conducted in a just one language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to change this in any case. For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the timetable may vary, and we will notify you in advance if this will occur. If in any case this will occur, the client can accept or cancel and be refunded 100% of the amount and this contract will be cancelled. If accepted, the initial contract conditions will maintain available. Important information On the day of the tour you will need to bring the original identity document. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts. The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be particularly suitable for people with mobility problems and we do not recommend it, in some cases. A full refund will be given if 48 hours notice is given. Weather conditions will not be a cause for cancellation.
There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation policy that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.
To request total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es and we will proceed to cancel and refund according to the date of receipt of the email, as a reference date. If you have made a reservation in ON HOLD/ ON WAITING LIST status, please note the following conditions:
1. As soon as we have availability we will proceed to issue your tickets, without delay or consultation, as you agree that we will take care of obtaining these tickets for you.
2. The system will not charge you until the visit is confirmed. Once the visit has been definitively confirmed, the charge on your card will be automatic and irreversible.
3. We will send you a new voucher indicating that the booking is confirmed. From the moment of confirmation and charge on the card, the booking is confirmed and under the conditions of cancellation of any direct booking, without waiting list.
4. If you wish to get off the waiting list, you only have to write an email to customerservice@nhue.es and indicate that you wish to get off the waiting list, indicating the order number, name and surname of the cardholder and that you wish to cancel.
5. If, within a reasonable period of time, Nhue Concierge considers that it will not be possible to complete the booking, we will send you a cancellation email and no charge will be made.
Please note that this is a monitoring service, at no cost to you, with which you have no guarantee of success and which does not oblige Nhue Concierge to anything, until such time as we are able to obtain the tickets to confirm your reservation, as you are aware that we do not have the requested tickets at the time of making the request and therefore, at that time we cannot guarantee anything.
