Can't make all 4 sessions? You can easily switch your days to suit once you've attended your first SUP INTRO session.

SESSION 1: SUP INTRO Sat/Sun mornings or 6pm Wed
SESSION 2: SUP TOUR WITH TECHNIQUE ANALYSIS & SJs Top Tips
SESSION 3: SUP SAFETY SKILLS / CONDITIONS
SESSION 4: SUP LAKE or COASTAL TOUR 4km / DISTANCE PADDLE

LOCATION:
The location depends where conditions are most suitable on the day.
Waiake Beach Torbay / Takapuna or Milford for Coastal Paddles. Milford Marina or Lake Pupuke Takapuna are our go to sheltered spots when the beach is too choppy or windy.
THE FIRST SESSION is usually on the calm flat water at The Pumphouse Lake Pupuke
Cost $199 with own SUP or $249 (Includes hire) for 4 sessions.
SESSIONS RUN FOR APPROX 75-90 mins
