The SSI Freedive Level 1 course will give you all the skills you'll need to safely and comfortably dive to a depth of up to 20m below the surface on a single breath.
The training methods, skills and practice that you will do alongside your instructor create the perfect environment for you to improve your breath-hold and learn and practice some vital safety skills.
Our SSI Freedive Level 1 course comprises of e-learning, theory workshops, breathing workshops, in pool training and open water training which are spread out over 2 dives.
