Contrast Therapy Sessions:
$20 half hour - $150 for 10 concession card
$25 per Hour - $200 for 10 concession card
Sauna + Cold Plunge – You decide how to structure your session! Whether it's: 15-minute sauna + 3 minute ice bath rounds (my faverate) Extended heat sessions for deep muscle relaxation Short, sharp ice immersions for mental clarity & recovery

Important information
When you arrive for your sauna and ice bath session, head into the studio to check in.
Please note there are public toilets just down the road. It’s easiest if you come already wearing your togs.
You can leave your clothes in our common room or in the chilly bin outside next to the sauna—but please only bring what you absolutely need, as we aren’t responsible for any lost belongings.
Your session starts exactly at your booked time and runs for the duration selected (30 or 60 minutes), regardless of arrival time—so we recommend arriving a few minutes early to make the most of it!
Perfect for All Levels First time? No worries! Our seasoned experts will guide you through each step, ensuring a comfortable and rewarding experience. Advanced & experienced? Let us know! We can cool the plunge colder for you or heat the sauna hotter , tailored to your preference.
