A 1/2 day sail comprises a short safety briefing and, depending on the weather and the tides, a sail within Carrick Roads, the Helford River, the Percuil River and then returning to the Marina . Life jackets are provided but it is a good idea to bring warm gear, water proof clothing and some light soled trainers. The sail lasts about 4hrs.
