Even for the most adventurous, this is a high one - 15-metres to be precise. The Stirrups require all of your core strength as you wobble from one to the next, while the aptly named Mallards Ladder makes for a suitably tricky ascent. If you’re looking for fresh ways to push yourself this course includes a number of new challenges including the Tank Trap and The Shuffle – plenty to get the blood pumping for the ultimate adrenaline rush.
