Your underwater scuba adventure starts with a full safety briefing followed by a quick introduction to the exhilarating world of scuba diving. After covering the theory it's time for a quick change into your scuba gear before making your way into the water.

Participant guidelines

Scuba diving experiences are for age 8 upwards. If you suffer from asthma, diabetes, claustrophobia or any respiratory, heart or other medical condition you must provide written medical approval in advance.

These taster sessions take place at indoor pools so are not affected by the weather.

What to wear

You will need to take a T-shirt and swimwear for this experience. Wetsuits are provided at some locations if necessary, don't forget a towel.
