Cocina Conversa Madrid Cooking Experience

Learn the recipes and how to cook some of the most beloved traditional Spanish tapas, in a 3 hour event. We cook ham Croquettes and Tortilla de patata and prepare a spicy Salsa Brava.

After cooking, we will taste the food we prepared.
Includes drinks during and tasting after the class.


In this fun class, we prepare a menu based on traditional tapas, but with some innovative touches. We cook Tortilla de patatas and other traditional tapas such as Madrid - style mushrooms, gildas (popular pintxos of olives and pickles), mussels in marinade and Gazpacho . Apart from the recipes, you will also learn about some of the most important condiments in Spanish cuisine.
We use fresh seasonal products from local producers . Classes are hands-on and all tasks are shared among participants, so you will get plenty of practice.When we finish preparing, we will enjoy our tapas, accompanied by a few drinks and some good conversation.
