Hidden within the spectacular Norfolk countryside, our awesome Heydon venue is ideally placed to take part in the exhilarating activity that is Clay Pigeon Shooting! Taking aim at targets which are launched into the air using a state of the art trap, you'll get the chance to immerse yourself in activity that's suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Whilst it's challenging, there aren't many better feelings than smashing your very first clay out of the sky! You'll be guided by a qualified instructor throughout the session. Fantastic experience. Very personable, knowledgeable and amusing instructor and charming assistant. Three of our four shooters had not shot beforehand and were put at ease and quickly overcame initial nerves. All of the party had a great time though inevitably time went too quickly. We started with 20 shots which was a sensible number to allow shooters to get used to the weight of the gun they were using. Our party all want to enjoy the experience again - perhaps 30 shots next time.
