Vertente Natural Sesimbra Caving

Situada no Parque Natural da Arrábida, junto a Sesimbra, esta gruta apresenta vestígios de ocupação humana desde o neolítico até à reconquista de Portugal (séc.XIII).
Através da escavação arqueológica realizada no seu interior conseguimos entender melhor os povos que habitaram a região desde há milhares de anos.
Com um desenvolvimento horizontal de cerca de 300 metros é uma gruta perfeitamente acessível a qualquer pessoa que queira ter um primeiro contacto com a espeleologia.

Located in the Arrábida Natural Park near Sesimbra, this cave holds traces of human occupation from the Neolithic to the conquest of Portugal. The archaeological excavations carried out in its interior enabled better understanding of the people who inhabited this area thousands of years ago.
With a horizontal development of about 300m it is perfectly accessible to anyone who wants to have a first contact with speleology.

Située dans le Parc Naturel d'Arrábida, près de Sesimbra, cette grotte présente des vestiges de l'occupation humaine depuis le néolithique jusqu'à la conquête du Portugal. Grâce aux fouilles archéologiques menées à l'intérieur, nous avons pu mieux comprendre les gens qui habitaient la region il y a des milliers d'années.
Avec un développement horizontal d'environ 300m, cette grotte est parfaitement accessible à tous ceux qui veulent avoir un premier contact avec la spéléologie.
