The emphasis is on fun! Yet it has to be physically demanding and strength sapping, making you dig deep to finish.
Determination is the key.
There are several routes to take and for the hard-core fitness junkies there is the addition of plenty of mud holes and deep water wading into the icy Scottish waters enough to test even the hardened fitness fanatics.
If you’re a complete novice don’t worry we have a soft core version which keeps you safely planted on the ground yet gives you a taster of the course and it is still hugely beneficial as the calorie burn is still high.
