Assault Courses Scotland’s largest and newest assault course over 900m long, This has to be one of the most demanding courses available in Scotland, not only is it physically demanding it is also great fun and a fantastic way to get fit quickly and tone your body. With brand new obstacles such as tunnels, 7ft walls and ponds to go through be prepared for the challenge. The emphasis is on fun! Yet it has to be physically demanding and strength sapping, making you dig deep to finish. Determination is the key.

Important information:
Wear clothes and shoes that are comfortable, that you don't mind getting completely caked in mud. A change of clothes and towel will be necessary.

There are several routes to take and for the hard-core fitness junkies there is the addition of plenty of mud holes and deep water wading into the icy Scottish waters enough to test even the hardened fitness fanatics. If you’re a complete novice don’t worry we have a soft core version which keeps you safely planted on the ground yet gives you a taster of the course and it is still hugely beneficial as the calorie burn is still high.
