the HOFNAR experience Northiam Abseiling

Jason and Hugh (the guys with the beards) will already have the beautiful bell tents set up by the time you arrive on the Friday evening. Either join the HOFNAR minibus from London (subject to numbers) or get yourself to Llangollen to meet the guys where they'll settle you in with a few beers around the campfire and give you a full briefing of the weekend's events.
After breakfast Saturday morning you'll head through the glorious rolling Welsh countryside to one of the area's famous gorges. Decked out in thick wetsuits you'll clamber, leap, abseil, swim downstream. There are leaps of faith, there are waterfalls, there is excitement. It will get the adrenaline flowing and you will be BUZZING!

In the afternoon you'll chill at the campsite, maybe play a few silly games... should you fire up the bbq or head into town for a pub dinner...?
Sunday morning you'll be up and at 'em and after breakfast you'll leap into the River Dee with a giant inner tube and bounce through the rapids. Sounds bonkers and it is slightly, but you'll LOVE IT!
In the afternoon you'll go for a more sedate ride and kayak on the canal across the word famous Pontcysyllte aquaduct . It's an awful long way down and there's not much to stop you... luckily there's a pub on the other side to calm your nerves.
By about 4pm you'll be done and back in the bus / on the train to get you back home at a reasonable hour and ready to answer that question on Monday morning...
